Candidates who have completed 10+2 (or an equivalent qualification) with Biology as a major subject and have attained 17 years of age as of December 31st of the preceding year are eligible for admission. Such candidates can appear for the entrance exam to qualify for the course. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is conducted nationwide for admission into undergraduate medical courses.
